I work with my clients to create a unique and individualized massage for everyone that steps into my office. This means that no two massages are the same and you get to have an active part in your treatment. I focus on the areas you have concerns about and use a pressure that you are comfortable with.

I offer Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, myofascial release, reflexology and sports massages.

Because everything is customized to you often times I use multiple techniques together to give you the best massage possible. We will go over your needs and the different types of massages when you come in for your session. So if you’re unsure of what you need, that’s okay!
